Cat Haven strives to lead Baton Rouge in becoming a no-kill community for cats/kittens by providing care, shelter, and adoption services and advocating for routine spaying and neutering for population control. The cost associated with ensuring all rescue are altered, up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations, and receiving all preventative healthcare is costly. We depend on grants, donors and fundraisers to provide adequate care for our rescues.
